Venue Rental Time (Wedding, Parties, Large Events):

12 Hours Total For Your Event Includes:

  • 4 Hours of Setup and Decorating 

  • 1 Hour Ceremony

  • Cocktail Hour (if needed)

  • 5 Hour Reception

  • 1 Hour Breakdown

  • Courtyard

    Courtyard (4-6 hrs): $2250

    Courtyard (12 hrs): $3250

    The courtyard includes white resin padded chairs, a stage, bistro lights, and an outdoor bar.

    (Up to 200 guests for the Courtyard)

    Outside caterers MUST provide license and insurance.

  • Banquet Hall

    Bronze Package (Mon-Fri/Sun, 6 hr min): $1500

    Silver Package (Mon - Thurs, 12 hrs): $4500

    Gold Package (Fri & Sun, 12 hrs): $6000

    Platinum Package (Sat, 12 hrs): $7500

    Courtyard included for an additional $1000

    Outside caterers MUST provide license and insurance.

Booking

25% deposit is due at contract signing. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
